1. Scope
This Policy covers fees paid to the School for students of Nursery to Class XII, including:
- Registration / application fees
- Admission fees
- Annual / composite / tuition fees
- Transport fees and other optional services
It applies to payments made online via www.kggschool.com as well as other approved payment modes, wherever the refund decision is taken by the KRISHNA GRAMBHARTI GLOBAL SCHOOL.
2. General Principles
- Fee structures and due dates are notified by the KRISHNA GRAMBHARTI GLOBAL SCHOOL from time to time.
- By paying fees, parents/guardians agree to the applicable rules published in School circulars/prospectus.
- The School aims to act fairly and transparently, but admission to school education is a service with limited seats, so some fees are necessarily non-refundable.
- Nothing in this Policy is intended to override mandatory directions of education authorities or courts, if any.
3. Non-Refundable Components
Unless otherwise specifically notified in writing:
- Registration / application fees are non-refundable.
- Admission fees are generally non-refundable once the seat is confirmed.
- Charges for prospectus, entrance tests, form processing, uniforms, books already supplied, and other one-time services are non-refundable.
4. Tuition / Term / Annual Fees
If a written withdrawal request (with supporting bank details) is received before the start of the academic session/term, the decision is taken by the KRISHNA GRAMBHARTI GLOBAL SCHOOL.
5. Payment Gateway Issues & Duplicate Payments
For failed online transactions where the amount is debited but not credited, the amount is usually reversed by the bank/payment gateway within their standard time.
If the amount is not received back within 7–10 working days, parents may contact the School office with proof (transaction ID, screenshots, bank statement).
Duplicate payments, once verified, will be:
- Adjusted towards future fees, or
- Refunded to the original mode of payment, based on written request from the parent/guardian.
6. Refund Procedure
All refund requests must be made in writing (hard copy) or through the registered email of the parent/guardian to the School office.
The request must contain:
- Student’s name and class
- Admission number (if allotted)
- Payment details (amount, date, transaction ID)
- Reason for refund/withdrawal
Once approved, the refund will be initiated within approximately 7–15 working days. Actual credit to your account will depend on your bank/payment gateway.
7. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be made by:
- Account payee cheque, or
- Electronic transfer to the bank account specified by the parent/guardian, or
- Reversal to the original mode of payment, where possible.
8. Cancellation / Withdrawal by the School
The School reserves the right to cancel admission or require withdrawal in cases such as:
- Non-payment of fees within notified deadlines
- Submission of false documents or misrepresentation
- Serious violation of School discipline or code of conduct
In such cases, any refund will be subject to this Policy and the decision of the School management will be final, subject to applicable law.
